Voyage Halted In the Wake of Fatal Incident of Woman Stranded on Tropical Isle

"Officials suggested her to go back, without accompaniment. Then the vessel departed, reportedly without conducting a passenger count.

"During some point in that process, or soon after, she died, alone."
